Lost my Jarrin Root for Dark Brotherhood quest?

Okay i was making that stew with the cook, and it gave me no option of adding this Jarrin Root, i dont know why its not in my inventory, and im wondering if i can spawn it somehow or if there is anyway to get it.

Type that command in the console:

player.additem 0001BCBC 1

the emperor's a fake anyhow. dont waste your time go kill the one in the big ass ship near solitude. get $20k. SUCCESS

The quest only wants you to kill the target, the method doesn't matter. Many players would kill him in other ways and keep the root for themselves. So that's an option.

I know its a decoy, played the game 4 years ago on console when release, got the game for PC 1 week ago. But yeah i noticed Night Cat thanks, first it wouldn't let the cook serve the stew to the fake emperor. But i rebooted and got it to work.

you don't need it, just kill with your sword, dagger-whatever you have.
