S.P.E.R.G Mod is causing my Vampire Lord to bug out. Badly!

Hey everybody, I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem. I've been playing with S.P.E.R.G for a long time, from start of my character up until now, and I loved how it changed the skills and such. However, I noticed that something had broken my vampire lord... When I transform, it takes about 30 seconds to even register, then takes A FULL MINUTE to transform. That's not all. Once I've transformed, I can't use spells or powers. So I get nothing but claws after a really long transformation I spent the whole day uninstalling and reinstalling mods, hoping to find the problem, as well as performing a full clean install. I found out that S.P.E.R.G is causing this bug. It works perfectly fine without S.P.E.R.G installed. Has anyone else encountered this? If you know any fixes I'd appreciate it!

P.S. Sorry for the .'s in S.PERG, Steam thinks S.PERG with no .'s is a curse word lol
