Once again some problems with a quest... [SOLVED]

Has anyone else bumped into to a dilemma with Erikur? I was supposed to kill him in a dark brotherhood quest and now I should confront him with some thieves guild quest given by Delvin :D how the hell am I suppose to talk with him when he's dead, cause I obviously can't bring him back to life :DD

You don't kill Erikur. You kill Vittoria Vici, the bride.

EDIT: Running any mods? Because by default Erikur is essential.

EDIT;EDIT: Try this, open the console command and type

prid 000198A9
moveto player

Can I still resurrect Ulfric. He is still lying dead behind his throne? He has been there smelling up the place some 700 hours ago.

and I actually did kill erikur, he was one of the random contracts... :/

The random Dark Brotherhood contracts always send you after randomly generated NPCs that only exist for the duration of the mission in which you kill them. Reckless Mage, Grim Shieldmaiden, that sort of thing. None have proper names.

U should talk to gabriella inside the DBS before leaving to Solitude, she will mention a decent way to kill her: In solitude, take the stairs up near the imperial HQ and then turn right, jump down to a small balcony and u'll see a bow with some arrows. This is a good vantage point to silently kill her while shes on the porch, speaking to the guests.
*Invisibility potion is recommended if having low sneak lvl*
