Make a backup save, then give this one a go:
setstage DB06 200
Seems to have worked, thanks :)
getstage DB06
Then:
getstage DB07
What are the results?
After noting them down, try:
setstage DB07 10
... and talk to Astrid. Do not save after this last command unless it puts you "back on track".
setstage DLC1VQ03Vampire 70
This comes from first looking up the quest on UESP[www.uesp.net], going down to the quest stages[www.uesp.net] section, then reading the information there - this gives you the "internal" name of the quest (DLC1VQ03Vampire), and the numbers representing each "stage" of the quest (70 being the one corresponding to the part you want to jump to - just after the priest has been enthralled).
Make sure you create a manual save before running the command - it's always possible it'll break more than it fixes, and you need to have a way to revert in case that happens. You're usually better off reverting to a save from before when the problem became apparent - personally, I keep about a dozen saves at any given time, just in case I need to "undo" a few hours of gameplay.
Going back isn't fun, but in the long run it generally leads to fewer problems.
