How long does it take for Invisible chests to refill their stock? HELP!

Im talking about the 2 chests from Whiterun and Dawnstar, any help? Thanks!

48 hours. resets when stores reset, because they're merchant chests for those people. There's also one in markarth on the ground near khajiit camp there. on side of wall closest to the river. there's 3 in windhelm, and one in solitude. These are all removed with the unofficial patches though, sadly. XD

They are not "invisible chests." Each merchant has his or her own chest somewhere in the world. They should not be available, but Dawnstart chest is there due to a bug.

You are actually just clearing the merchant inventory from the Khajiit caravan that travels between Dawnstar and Riften. You would find their inventory empty, if you wish to trade with them.

Merchants will reset after 2 days, but not if you are hanging around. To reset this chest you will have to leave the area for 2 days.

The invisible chest didnt refill, I passed the time thing for 2 24 hours, and the chest still says empty :(

Didnt work. I stayed in Dawnstar for 2 days, so the Whiterun chest would refill, it didnt :(

Save the game, assault or kill merchant, load game, ask merchant what they have for sale.

Boom. Merchant has completely restocked everything and has entirely new inventory.

For realism's sake you should be using a mod that moves those chests to a player accessible area and puts a Master level lock on them. No store should ever have inventory that cannot be stolen.
