Furnishing your home will involve a mixture of crafting furniture yourself and buying it from a new store placed in Dawnstar.
This is from the mod description on Nexus. Perhaps they sell it.

Thank you fellas for all your comments so far, though I still don't know how I can get "Blue Fabric" which is necessary for almost every set of furniture craftable on the workbench of Morskom Estate.
Oh and btw. ... that store doesn't sell "Blue Fabric"... no trader in all Skyrim does.

If an item called blue fabric exists in the game, then my fix will work. Just open your console, type in "Help fabric" it should show an item called "Blue Fabric". If it's not on the screen press pageup till you see it. Next to the item is a code in (). Take that series of numbers and letters, then without parenthesis type in "player.additem thenumberyougotfromtypinginhelpfabric 1" so an example would be:
player.additem 000db5d2 1 (which is the code for leather) The player part indicates that you want it added to your inventory. The second part is for what you are adding, which is an item, and the next part is the item code, and the last number is the quantity, or how many of them you want. So you could put in:
player.additem 000db5d2 10000 and it will add 10000 pieces of leather to your inventory.

Thanks a lot, sneiss0 !
That indeed solved my problem.
Now I can finally go on furnishing my new home.

Greetings and thanks to all the others who tried to help,
