Help with fus ro dah shout

I completed the main questline the other day, and was wondering why i had not unlocked the full fus ro dah shout. My guy can say FUS, FUS RO and FUS DAH but not FUS RO DAH. I have a feeling it was something to do with killing paarthurnax. I killed him and regret it. is there a command which makes the greybeards talk to me even tho i killed paarthurnax?

Depending on the race, the RO can be said fast during FUS RO DAH so that might be it or something else.

Do they fly away when you shout at them? If they just stagger back a bit, you're not getting all 3 words worth of power. If they fly across the room and into a wall, even if you can't hear it, you're getting all the power.

Ok, they fly so i must have the full shout, it must be a bug or something where they dont say ROH then also Devil Bringer im a Khajiit

Ok, it just sounds like there is no ro at all its like: "Fus (pause) DAH!"

The firts few times I made that shout I didn't hear the "RO" either but if you put some attention on it, you can hear the "RO", the thing is that the "RO" is said very fast and you can barely hear it
