Why do people keep saying that elder scrolls 6 is called argonia?
WHY! Actually, I'm pretty sure Bethesda hasn't even hinted at an ES6 coming out. At all. None. So stop telling me its Argonia from some website that you googled. If you say there is going to be an elder scrolls 6 show me some proof directly from bethesda! If not, then as of now, there is no elder scrolls 6. Don't post random websites here either.
They is not proof. I want something from Bethesda. Anyways, where did anyone hear of an elder scrolls 6? All lies... lieses...I think you know what I'm Tolkien about and that its smeagol to stop this nonsense.
Thank you... and this post was just to tell all those people that believe that there is gonna be an Elder Scrolls 6: Argonia that they can stop believing because its not true.

TES VI: Black Marsh sounds quite nice...

Peoples have been quessing the next possible TES game location for few years now. I don't thik that they are claiming that it is set to Black Marsh, but where they think/hope the game is going to be.

quite a few people have told me that its going to be in black marsh. and then when i ask for proof they go silent....
Basically there was a bunk news story from a week or so ago that claimed to have knowledge that TES VI was going to be titled "Argonia". It's generally the same as that Morse Code thing with Fallout from last year. People are too excitable. Don't pay it any mind.

This actually was not what I meant, but I guess I worded my question badly.

I should not be surprised that kdramastars started this BS. They are a disgrace of gaming journalism.

I know for a fact that there will be an Elder Scrolls 6. This is Bethesda's bread and butter we're talking about here.

The question is whether or not there will be an ES6 before or after another Fallout (or maybe something new, who knows?).

But no, rumors of ES6 are not "lies"... just because Bethesda has yet to announce what their next release will be, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. It just means they aren't ready to share it yet.

They announced Skyrim in December of 2010, then there was very little information until E3. Then Skyrim was released late 2011.

I'm sure we'll see a similar pattern with whatever they release next. I'd actually be surprised if there isn't an announcement before the next E3, but I doubt their next game will be released before this time next year.

I have to say, I do hope TES6 is set in Black Marsh or Elsweyr. I'm tired of the whole "knights and castles" thing done in Oblivion and Skyrim. One of my favorite aspects of Morrowind was the very strange nature of the environment and the cities. The Imperial forts were a stark contrast to the mushroom structures of the Telvaani, and the bug-shells of the ashland people. I want to see strange and wonderful things again... not more castles and medieval settings.

Bethesda Game Studios is currently dormant. They are the ones responsible for The Elder Scrolls games, but members of the studio are currently working with other labels.

Nobody is doing any hands-on work with TES VI. It does not exist.

However... BGS is currently hiring new people. They have been doing it since the summer. What this could mean has not yet been revealed to us. It is very likely that BGS is going to activate soon to work with some sort of release.

Nobody knows anything "for a fact" about a theoretical TES 6 until said title is no longer theoretical. And if you do know for it "for a fact" then you currently are bound by an NDA.

Yeah, and there are no Werewolves in Skyrim...

I know it "for a fact" because this is what they do. It's going to happen. Call me a liar all you want, but arguing semantics isn't going to change anything.

Putting words in my mouth. You did that yesterday too.

No, you do not know anything for a fact. You may believe it based on previous behavior, but you do not know it and will not know it until something is announced. There's a big difference.

Is your only goal on this forum to start arguments? It's all I've seen you do.

Bethesda is making TES6. Believe it or don't. I don't really care.

My only goal is fact. And in this case, the only fact is that none of us know anything as fact. And so I countered your assertion that you "knew for a fact" there would be a TES 6. You do not know that for a fact, and the only people that do know one way or another are bound by NDAs. And no, semantics will never change that.

My only goal is fact.

As proven by your "factual" arguments yesterday, right?

Sure, bud.
