There are console commands for the probable bug on that link. ;)
But if you know of others that works too.

just type
tcl
then move where you want and type
tcl again into the console
Ah OK. I'm no console expert with Skyrim and thought you knew for sure. Looking at the link I posted those solutions may not be applicable anyway. I'm guessing you can't finish the quest by ID quite as simply, if at all, unless it has a unique name and those radiant quests the Companions give don't as far as I know.
So it seems console options would be limited if the location isn't hardcoded.
Give me the older D&D-esque games and I can console in my sleep.
If the marker is pointing to that area it shouldnt be. Are we sure its not to collect an item that is in the chest right above that corridor. it could be mistaken for the right thing.
