I cant get past the dialog you misunderstand for i am... The Gourmet with gianna some one help she quits me when she says Its just... she is ticking me off some one tell me how to get past the damn dialog of Its just but no gianna Its you that wont allow me to poison the emperors food and just someone anyone help me im past the point of being super ticked im insanely ticked off right now

Are you wearing a chefs hat? Also,

It is not necessary to poison the Emperor with the Jarrin Root in order to successfully complete the quest, you may kill him any way you want.

I did a one shot, sneak attack Assassin's Creed bow strike from the Balcony...in broad daylight and walked out of Solitude on my own.
And I always kill Barbus, not for his fork, but because he's always walking around with a backpack Im looking for

Frostfall puts some nice ones in, kinds you can craft and if you have the certain religious neckalces, you can attach them to your backpack and take on the effects without having to take up a neck slot.
Then there are the types you cant craft and just drop off mobs (poor Barbus) and they look really nice too, varying in color and size capacity (highest I seen so far is +50 carry weight)
