Guard Dialogue Overhaul by Eckss

Others are a harder to parse. Bethesda didn't really record more lines for individual characters and crafting them from other sets from same voice actors is a hard job, because words and phrases rarely match to each other by tone.
If you get Intetesting NPCs try to grab a Super Follower, their dialog is much better.
See their website for a list. http://3dnpc.com/wiki/interesting-npcs/followers/
Rumarin is rated the best and I agree but all are better than Vanilla.
Also, NMM can wonk out on 3DNPC -- if you have trouble installing it just give a shout out.
P.S. I've also installed Indigo but am not far along enough with him to say how good it is.
