Can I run skyrim with AMD Radeon R4 graphics, 32 bit system, 8GB ram, 750GB HD, and Radeon Dual-Core?

sure, but if it's modding, 32 bit is slightly harder. Overall, don't worry about it, you have better specs then me actually lol

Why would you have 8gb of ram, yet only 32bit OS?
