How to finish Boethiah's Calling without sacrificing a follower (no mods)

No mods are needed to do it. As we know, Skyrim is full of glitches, however some may be positive and can be exploited. I searched a solution for long and now when I found one, I gladly would share with who want to do the same.

1. Start the quest as normally.
2. Get a follower and put him/her onto the altar.
3. Kill all the cultist, except one which leave near to death.
4. Bring the cultist so close to the altar as is possible.
5. Switch to a continous destruction spell like Frostbite.
6. Kill your follower and immediately after the cultist with Frostbite (dont even release the mouse button, both deaths must happen inside a second)
7. Boethiah first takes over your follower, then she "glitches" over to the cultist body. Your follower will be reset like nothing happened.
8. You can continue with the quest as the sacrifice has happen and can go for the Ebony Mail.

Tested on unmodded Skyrim on last version with Lydia. Might take a few tries, so make sure you quicksave before.

Note: All items will reset too. Remove before them, if you have custom items added to him/her.
Also the follower might be on a wait mode. You need send him/her home trough a dialogue option.

Or use the mod Boethiah for good guys ....

I found it on Youtube. However is from 2012 and the uploader doesnt really answers anything anymore. So I was not sure if would work on the last version. Well, it does.
Took a half Skyrim day until Lydia got home - guess the altar is such on a derpy location, but she is live and kicking. She is back to eating my bread and freeloading.
