Report a translation problem
I don't understand what ESP-file it is asking for you tu activate. Can you give me the name? There should be no need to activate anything, after running the patcher.
SkyProc tools are JAR-files and require Java to work.

ESP-file for should already be active, before running the patcher. Otherwise SkyProc tool does not run for the mod. It does not create any new ESP-files.
