Open console (`~) and type "coc qasmoke" without quotation marks. If you land in an entirely grey/black/dark area, type the command again and you'll get to the skyrim testing hall. (note opening any weapons or armor chest at the testing hall doesn't crash the game, it just takes a moment to load all the wonderful stuff you're about to get)

You put "coc riverwood" in console to leave. Speed, it was my second playthrough that I went there. And I did earn these fabulous items, I decided to share that command incase someone wanted to get great stuff.

Well, actually... It's not very much hassle, just coc qasmoke, then go to one of the cabinets. They're all named by what's inside. Example, "All enchanted weapons" "All ingredients" "All standard weapons" "All standard armor" "All enchanted armor" "All soul gems" "All potions", etc. You can even find an item better than the item you were looking for indivually.

I know that people complain when I use the word "cheat". It makes them feel bad or something, so I won't. Rather, I'll call this tip, "thinking outside the ethics".

If you want to "think outside the ethics", then be my guest. I'm not the police, I can't stop you. Just don't go ragging on about how easy or dumb the game is.

Thinking outside the... Good Sir! You'll make an excellent politician! Now all you need is a sex scandal or two and you'll be the head of Parliment/Congress/Schoolyard in no time.

Ya know? Those STILL won't be the best items in Skyrim! The best items are the ones you craft yourself. Don't worry, there are still ethically challenged console commands to buff your skillz up for it. You'll have to spend a few seconds at a forge though. Such is life.
