Where is there an inn and merchant in Windhelm?

Windhelm looks and feels really cool and all, but I cant find a damn inn to save my life. And I cant find a single merchant other than the used goods place in the grey quarter. I always seem to end up in windhelm in the dark, And i have nowhere to sleep so the damn shops will open, where ever they are.

Well.... I think you are blind sir.
Go to the main gate of windhelm. Go 5 meter straight. There is your inn.
From the main gate of windhelm - go left. There is a smith and some other merchants.
You are seriously blind i think.

the candlehearth hall? I didnt see any beds in there. I guess I missed them.

From the main gate go to right into the Grey Quarter, pass Calixto's Curiosities, keep going in the alley until you see the general store of the dunmer. There's another merchant.

The main inn is literally the first thing you should see when entering Windhelm.

When you enter Windhelm take a left and there should be high elf and an echanting table behind her. She is a person you can sell about anything to her. Also you don't have to sleep in order to pass time, if you have it on default key settings the T key will allow you to wait up to 24 hours.
