Game is hard on adept for me????
I have no idea what is going on right now with this game. In that imperial quest line, like the battles, I have been trying to win one for a hour now and i cant do it. I die wayyyyyy to quickly, like myabe 4 hits and bam im dead.

I had a Nord but something happened and I had to make a new character, so I made a breton this time. Its safe to say to I never had trouble when I played my Nord character, everything went smooth and I did not have to spend a hour finally getting half way through a battle.

When I realized i was dying so many times i set the game on adept, thinking the game was to hard for me on a higher level. Still not winning this battle, still like 4 shots dead.

Right now im leveling in heavy armor and one handed weapons, using a shield my armor rating is 141, and my max health right now is 150. I have no idea why im having trouble on adept.

141 is very low armor rating you need better armor and 150 health is only 5 levels into health are you level 6 or are you level 60 it makes a difference to tell us you level more then your health. im thinking your gear is too low of level for what you are fighting.

There's your problem.
Get yourself that Ebony/Glass armor, and that dragonbone sword/Any b*tching weapon.

What level are you and where have you spent your perks?
You could have great armour and be high level, however if your perks are all locksmith and magic then the armour does not work as well.

Bretons are fantastic mages.
Nords are great close combat warriors.

No perks in smithing ... I mean that is the problem you can only improve your armor to fine ....

Yeah; even if you're not planning to make your own stuff, perks in Smithing let you improve your weapons and armour even further. And sometimes that little bit extra can make all the difference.

As for Glass and Ebony Armours, those don't start spawning until levels 36 and 32, respectively. Also since you're focusing on Heavy Armour, just ignore Glass; it's a light armour.

Yeah, Adept's middle-of-the-road difficulty. The player takes and deals normal damage on Adept, all of the difficulty settings just affect how much damage the player deals and takes. There's a table summarising it at the bottom of this page[www.uesp.net] for those curious.

It's worth noting that armour on its own does squat against elemental damage, no matter how good a smith you are. If you don't start putting some resist enchants on your duds, certain battles - dragons especially - become suicidal.

It's worth soul-trapping every critter you see, then applying those souls to jewels as random enchants for skill points (and the enchanted jewels themselves sell for a pretty penny, while being light to carry). Crafting jewels gives decent smithing skill points, too - and there's an alteration spell hidden in a mine near Whiterun somewhere that can convert iron ore to silver/gold...

If you can max out the alchemy/smithing/enchanting skill trees, you can pretty much make yourselve near immune to anything except fall damage.
