If not you could just save game. Exit and restart Skyrim to see if it;s just a glitch.
I've restarted the game multiple times. :S
maybe look up console commands to set your stamina
Stamina >>> 1.#R
NaN means "Not a Number", no ?
(I'm on PC - Windows 10, by the way)
Someone say that's due to the mod "leveling perks original" I tried it to see how it works, and I uninstall it. But the problem is still there... It appears when I did the "block" skill in the marksman treeskill. (I'm not speaking very well english, sorry for the mistakes)
Otherwise, I have "infinite gold for merchants", some animations for the jump and the run with a bow, some new hairstyles and eyes, and the "SkyUI" interface, with a "Quality world map - with road".
Here a ScreenShot of this Bug (french version of Skyrim) : http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=714186171

Thankfully it happened to me within a house cell and not the open plains. For whatever reason, my player would run within the cell like Sonic on crack, basically teleporting from one end to the other.
I used:
"player.forceav stamina 100"
So far it works.
So try using the forceav command.
