Thieves Guild Burglary and Sweep Job Glitch

[Snake]

Iv had this glitch before, and it happened again today. Both with Burglary and Sweep Jobs. This happened so far in Windhelm and Whiterun. When I go into the players house to steal one of the golden items, a...well im not sure how to put it. Its like a vortex, the items next to it are pushed aside and slam against the wall stuck, like a NPC is walking against them. The golden item itself with clip through the walls and floors slowly spinning before dropping off into nowhere. If I can catch it before it noclips into nothing, all the furniture/items that were being pushed suddenly just drop and makes a huge mess.

Note: All Steam Workshop mods in this list, I am NOT subscribed to. I used BSAopt x64 and imported them to NMM. Iv had this issue for awhile, before some of these mods came to, I was just wondering if anyone knows a fix to this issue.

I also run Skyrim through SKSE with SkyUI.

I went back to the one house that had the issue and I quit, thinking it would stop the bug. It didn't the Golden Cup is still in the house, it says steal but I can't take it. It also drifts along pushing anything near it outwards and with it.

I even disabled every mod and tried, still was happening.

Thank you so much, I went to Armens house that still has a gold goblet (due to me quitting the quest thinking it'll stop the bug) and the goblet sits there perfectly, and no vortex of clutter around it.
