In a nutshell:
- Extract meshes from DSR
- Make a new pack from them
- Load the file to your favorite mod manager, activate it and you are done.
----
Long explanation:
- Donwload DSR manually
- Open the package by using 7-Zip or WinRar
- Find Meshes folder and copy it to another location.
- Select Meshes folder and use either 7-zip or WinRar to make a new package of it.
- Name it like "DSR Meshes" (or whatever)
- Use your mod manager (NMM or MO) to locate the file from you hard drive manually. Load and activate it.
What unstability issues you have faced?
I have used alpha since it came out. I am yet to see any unstability issues. There are few compatibility issues with some clothing mods, because weapons share item slots with certain armor items - for example: second hand weapons clashes with ChronoTrigger77's armor, removing thighs part of clothing, when drawn.
Things like this are mostly just a matter of choise and I am using both mods side by side.
Mage staffs have also some problems. They work properly, but mod is still unable to clear the animation from slot, so you might occasionally look like carrying the staff in both back and hand during combat.
I haven't met any other real issues. Weapons are sorted correctly and dual wielding works as intented.
Could you post a screenshot, Jervatox?

I'm using and is completely stable I never have seen a bug using it. DragonDude1029 claimed alpha as unstable because it is a common commandment in any alpha version. In other words it is experimental and you can use but not fully compatible with very few specific non-vanilla armors.
Here is the photo guys I'm thinking that you are thinking another think becauseI could wrote bad,just I don't like how looks the bow with the arrows at the same time with the swords because in the video of equipping overhaul I saw that the guy had the bow with the arrows below than me and I would like to wear like him.
(if the capture dosen't look good say me how and look my last capture,sorry if this dosen't look good but I don't know how)
Okay Jervatox, going to answer your questions;
- That guy probably uses Equiping Overhaul. Judging by the placement of his daggers, he should also have Dual Sheath Redux or at least the meshes.
- That other mod you mentioned about the quiver being on the waist is called "Belt SOMETHINGSOMETHING Quivers" (Not actual name). It's actually on Workshop and since it doesn't update much, it should be safe although I still recommend the Nexus. It's supposed to go with chesko's Frostfall mod.
- There currently isn't a mod to do that but if you want a compromise, you might want to check out Bandoliers.
Thanks a lot.
@Delta 1038
That might actually be an item slot conflict, instead of a bug. Equipping Overhaul reserves a good junk of slots from character. Is it possible that something overriding your animations is using the slot for missing item?
@Jervatox
To position daggers properly, I would trust to animations from XP32 Maximum Skeleton, or XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended. Skeleton will position daggers and swords properly to your back, without working with any meshes. While animations work flawlessly, I would recommend using them.
For other weapons you will need the meshes from Dual Sheat Redux, as discussed above, but not actually install DSR - if you decide to use Equipping Overhaul instead.
Here is a short explanation for how to properly install skeleton and animations to your game.

- The animation pack for bow is "Belt-Fastened Quivers."
