Is it possible to enchant items with carrying capacity boost?
I got this Saint Jiub Locket (amulet from a Dawnguard DLC mission) and its probably the best damn amulet i ever saw in skyrim so far. Gives me 50 carrying capacity + 50 stamina. I got lvl 100 enchanting and i wanna try to enchant an amulet with higher carrying capacity but i cant find this perk in my enchants list (the items i disenchant in the arcane enchanter table).
I cant disenchant the Jiub amulet to 'learn' this enchantment...

So is there a way to enchant an item, best to be an amulet, with carrying capacity boost?

Afraid unique items- of which the Locket of Saint Jiub is considered- can't be disenchanted. You'll have to find the common items that fortify carrying capacity and disenchant one of those.

Yup. I'm not sure of any quests that give a guarenteed item with that enchantment on..if i'm looking for an enchantment to learn I find either Bits and Pieces or Radiant Raiment in Solitude usually has what i'm after. Or if you have access to the Thieves Guild..there may be some boots lying around with the enchantment on.

You can learn a carrying capacity enchantment and a fortify stamina enchantment, but you just can't learn them from double enchanted item.

However, in level 100 it's possible to get the perk of double enchantment.

Here are the items you're possibly looking for.

Fortify Carry Weight[skyrim.gamepedia.com]
Fortify Stamina[skyrim.gamepedia.com]

their is a stone blessing called the stead stone thats lets carry extra weight and there is a perk in the pickpocket tree called extra pockets that lets carry 100 more. or use console commands, your choice.
Thanks all. I will search in soliture/guild for items with that enchantment.

There certainly is, there are items, usually boots, that have Fortify Carry Weight that you can disenchant. They occur as random loot or for sale at merchants, blacksmiths are a good source.

If you have 100 enchanting plus Enchanter's Elixir you should be able to get up to +70 carry capacity. You can enchant boots, necklaces, rings etc and cloaks if you have Cloaks of Skyrim. Add the steed stone and I have carrying capacity around 800.

I can't think of anything else to add.[www.paperspencils.com]

There is a random encouter with guys drinking beer. If you have honey brew mead and offer it to them when they ask you to join them. you'll get a strength ring or a neckless (can't remember) that you can unenchant. Think you can run into these guys multiple times, too. But you do need Honey mead in your inventory or nothing will come of it. Also if you offer them Black Mead, they'll refuse and walk away.

Though... expect a strength boost of 25 points, when you make stuff with black gems

Sounds like a trial and error.. Best place that i found for that is the fancy clothes shop in solitude, which was suggested above. still no enchant tho.

I don't use fast travel, so I run into these guys early on, almost all the time.

^What he said, the Stone is north of Meredia's shrine, northwest of Solitude. You can keep the blessing until you decide to use a different stone, so you can keep it forever if you wish.
I know the steed, but i prefer the one which gives 20% free xp on magic spells. Im not looking for 'general ways to increase carrying capacity', just for this specific enchantment. Thanks.
