The main quest isnt that long, if you beeline it you can get that far pretty fast. You might need to reload a save, but you should have one if you fast traveled to the top.

use Unoffical Skyrim patch, and use the other patches for the DLC'S, and use LOOT to sort your load order

I had the same problem too, it's a known issue that can happen on the PS3 and PC versions of the game. The easiest way to fix it is this:

1. Save the game, just in case.

2. Trigger the cutscene, if you haven't already.

2. Wait until the cutscene gets stuck.

3. Open the developer console (§ key by default, the one right below the Esc key)

4. Type in "setstage mq206 70" (without the quote marks), and press enter. This will give you the Dragonrend shout. MAKE SURE YOU TYPE IT CORRECTLY!

5. After you get the shout, type in "setstage mq206 100" (without the quote marks), and press enter. This will get you out of the time-wound cutscene. MAKE SURE YOU TYPE IT CORRECTLY!

6. If you did everything correctly, you should be good! c:

If you did manage to break the quest with the console, just load the save and try again.

Next time you're stuck on a quest, look up the elder scrolls wiki. It has detailed walkthroughs on every quest in the game, and lists of known bugs as well as fixes for them, you'll save a lot of time by checking there.

Hope this helps, and good luck! c:

honestly, since this was in 2014, i should say. That i pirated the game, and went that far.
And i uninstalled it. But since i saw that the game was on sale, i bought the actual game from steam. And still have the save from the pirated one.

p.s idk why i bought it in the first place since i already pirated it.

Coming from the year of 2022. This is the only solution that worked. Thank Talos for the Steam Community!
