New Allegiances Bug
The problem i'm having is with the Vampire's Seduction spell. Initially it works on my target (Valindor in Riften), but when I choose the Feed option nothing happens.

What am I doing wrong?

I'm also having this problem. I noticed that I turned Valindor previously and is already a vampire. So while the seduction works, you can't turn someone that's already turned. The option doesn't even show up. I followed him to his home and he was sleeping in a coffin against the wall and not in his bed. His dialogue had also changed and reflected that he was already turned. So it seems there's a bug with the quest line that it should either not offer this quest any more, or should have a different person as the target each time. I'm still searching for a fix. If i find one I'll post it here.

I have a feeling that the Unoffical Dawnguard patch might be screwing with it. For instance, with the Dawnguard DLC the NPC's SHOULD NOT be threatened by me when I hit level 4 vampirism. While playing though, they WILL attack me on sight if I hit that stage.

Actually I hadn't installed that yet. So I just got it installed and it didn't fix it so I just killed him and went back and it's letting me keep doing the quests again. I haven't had another turning quest yet so not sure it that's because of the patch or what but I get to continue on now. I think the patch will keep those turning quests from showing up anymore, but won't fix one in progress.

Pre and post patch i never had anyone attack me no matter how far along my vampirism was. I got the message that I was fear and hated but no one really reacted any differently. I do have several body and skin mods added, maybe one of those has something to do with it.

I get the "You are now hated and feared" message when I hit level 4 too. The only mods I have are the Unoffical patches (skyrim, dawnguard, dragonboarn, hearthfire), Better Bound Weapons, SkyUI, and Quality World Map. So nothing should be causing this issue for me. I ended up settling for feeding at night and popping blood potions when I couldn't.

Doesn't really hurt me at this point as I already finished the game a few days ago.

go into thte console and type player.setstage DLC1RV07 100. You will then complete this again and be prompted to return to Vingalmo.

Haha, I didn't notice that. I got stuck on this, looked here for a solution, didn't find one, then went elsewhere, found it and thought I'd be helpful and post the solution.
