I think it's still on the Nexus. Chesco removed all his mods off the workshop after the payment fiasco.

I believe Chesko removed his content from Nexus as well. The harassment he received from the "community" for daring to charge for some of his work on Steam was vile to say the least. If his mods are never officially available again, I wouldn't be surprised.

I thought they were still on the Nexus? Also, yeah the hate towards him and others was way over the top.

The last time I looked the Arissa 2.0 page was marked as hidden. I recently read that his twitter and reddit accounts were deleted as well. Sad.

Don't know if they were removed by author, but some authors that were banned complained elsewhere that their mods disappeared at the same time.

I think 2.0 is as it was going to be the paid version. The older versions are still up i beleive.

Check your mod loading menu, it will like show the mod as not being subscribed. However if you had it installed you can set it to load any-ways. It should show up as legacy 1.3. But if you didnt have it before it was removed you cant get it anymore.

No. He removed only two mods. Fishing one and Arissa. Arisa is owned by Valve now too.

Actually no. Major part of hatred was from him selling mod that had content of another mod author.

Chesko stated in his reddit summary that he had asked Valve to remove Arissa from the workshop. At the time they had refused, but I guess they eventually caved.

Thank you everyone very much for your outpouring of support. It means so much more than you know.

I have taken every mod I have ever published off the Workshop, and it will stay that way. The Nexus files will remain; in the end, this is the community that has supported me every step of the way. Arissa is currently hidden until we decide what to do.

I have deleted many of my accounts and will be leaving the modding community for a time. I don't know how long.

Thank you again.

I agree that the behaviour from several members of the community was vile. But a few members raised the issue that Chesko was using property belonging to someone else without permission. I can neither prove or disprove this, and I realize that repeating potential mis-info is a dangerous thing. But if this is the case, I take stealing intellectual property very seriously and the modding community is better off without such developers, no matter how great their mods are (I was a huge fan of Frostfall myself). If this isn't true, then I hope Chesko's name can be cleared.

Its a lot more complicated but the short of it is: He told Valve the mod would contain other people's assets and Valve said that its no problem.

It is true. He even admited himself. He seems to have managed to sort things out with that mod creator.
The thing is, an employee of valve told him that while it can't be counted as legal advise he is free to sell the mod even if it relies on anothers modders content. Chesko didn't double check that with the mod author nor could he as he was under NDA.
The results of that you already know.

Arissa used assets from other modders and after the whole paidmods fiasko several of them asked him to stop using their work and so he probably removed Arissa to accomodate their request.

Last I saw, he was active on the Nexus community. However, I don't know where Arissa stands after the paid mod system erosion.

Chesko had some compatability with Fore's idles mod in the fishing mod. Fore didn't want his idles as any part of paid mods. Instead of eliminating the dependency Chesko pulled the mod as he felt it would have been incomplete even though it would've worked. After talking with people he decided to pull his mods from the workshop entirely, they're still on the Nexus. (what was already there) Where that leaves the formerly paid mods and Arissa right now is not known to me.
