Where do you find Deathbell and flawless rubies?

i seached vendors and mined 0

Deathbell can be found in swamps as far as I know and at the graveyard in rifton (near the talos shrine).
As for the flawless rubies I have no idea but you will find them through random loot sooner or later anyway.

All that you seek can be found in console commands type help "deathbell" and help "flawless ruby" then type the item id in this command player.additem id# amount not case sensitive

Deathbell is very common in swamps and shrines, Flawless rubies you just have to get lucky

The higher your level, the more valuable gems you will find. If you do the "No Stone Left Unturned" quest for the Thieves Guild, which is finding all the Stones of Barenziah and the Crown and giving them all to Vex, you will get the Prowlers Perk, which will enable you to find tons of gems in burial urns, treasure chests, strongboxes or wherever gems might be found. That quest is lengthy but worth it. There is a mod which will give you all the map markers for the stones, which makes it easier, but be prepared for some epic dungeon battles.

I find most of my deathbell in the Swamps across the channel from the Arch which Solitude sits on. You can find twenty easily for Ingun, if that is what you need them for.

No, the Riften graveyard only has Nightshade (and some Mountain Flowers of all three vanilla colours in the path that leads to the temple of Mara). Can usually get Deathbells at Elgrim's Elixers, though, at least if you haven't cleared it out since it last got a chance to reset.

You can find a lot of Deathbell in the swamp around Morthal

Deathbells can be purchased from alchemists last time I looked. Rubies? They turn up as random loot. You clearly havn't done much mining.
