FUNCTIONAL summon dragon mod?

I'm not looking for dragon mounts, mini dragons, or hundreds of dragons all at once, just a simple mod that lets me summon a single dragon for however long so that I can use it for my necromancer character

Please do not suggest mods that were made before the final Skyrim update in March 2013.
Mods that add in mechanics or unfinished spells that were made before this date are often unfunctional, buggy, and poorly made by todays standards and I won't use them in my game especially if the author has dropped support.

Im happy with suggestions from the workshop IF you know that they work.
I have all DLCs so options that are not compatable with dawnguard and/or dragonborn are not going to work unfortunetly.

Ones I have tested so far:
- Summonable Unique Dragons (bugged to hell unfortunetly)
- Summon Ancient Dragon (over powered because you get a dragon soul when it despawns)
- Conjure Skeletal Dragon (works fine, but it would be nice to have one that could fly, also does friendly damage which is unfortunate)
- Summon Undead Dragon 2014 edition (bugged and labeled "Dragon Icy Spear" in game, and has several errors present)
