Mehrunes Razor Parts missing!!!

Please help me, I have started the quest "pieces of the past" I believe it is called, went to Morthal to get the hilt, however the hilt is no in the chest, the quest marker says to look there but I have emptied it out and yet the quest marker is still there. I then went to Dead Crone rock to get the pommel, I got Drasua to kill her self then went to loot her body, and yet again, the pommel is not there, please help me I do not know what to do. I have not used any console commands which I have heard can disrupt quests, that is the only lead I have found in relation to this and it does not help me in the slightest

Download the Unofficial Patch for Skyrim.

Have tried using the item ID in console? Not sure if there is one for it, but you could look around on the wiki.

I have found an Item id for the dagger but not for the parts of the dagger

Blade Shards 240d5
Scabbard (which Silus has) 240d6

thanks, but for some reason I went and got the shards, and they were where they were meant to be. after that the other things appeared too, as if I had to get it in a specific order, which I didnt find anything that said that.

while this worked great for me, the quest notification is not engaging. I know there is a way around this as well
