Is there a mod that makes elves look more human and less like aliens?

It's a follower/preset, download the mods in the description and get racemenu and copy the preset onto your character with the console.

I use, and love, Ethereal Elven Overhaul which has been linked above. It doesn't necessarily make them look very human, they are still elf-like but a lot more aesthetically appealing than vanilla elves IMHO. Anyway, as someone who uses that mod, just wanted to cast my vote for it. :)
