Falion won't leave his house.
I'm trying to complete the rising dawn quest, (Third time I've had to do it.) I've talked to the innkeeper twice now, and given him the black soul gem, but he's not leaving his house to cure me.

Hey there, I have this problem too, here's one solution I'm about to try out myself. I hope it helps you too.
Open the console and type this command without any " "
1) Setstage VC01 200
This will automatically update the mission and proceed to complete it with your vampirism resolved.
Hope this helps!
