Convenient Horses and Fast Dismount

Is Fast Dismounting only available with a Multi-tap key (only setting I see in the MCM) or can it be setup to work all the time? I would perfer all the time and loathed to add another special key for Fast Dismounting, but it doesn't seem to be working.

fast dismount is the same as normal dismount, fast dismount only when someone or thing arrgos on you, but if nothing is targeting you, you will dismount normally.

I wish there was some way to make it work all the time. I've tried some of the other Fast Dismount mods but they don't use the Hop off the Back animation, which is pretty cool, imo.

I'm pretty sure you can just bind it to a regular key last time I used it. I'm not fond of multi-taps either.

I have my Combat Diamount tied to my #3 key. It works if I'm in combat or not. I use it all the time.
