Non legit? Select the door in the console and type unlock :)
(Not including the obligitory 'console commands can ruin your game" warning rant because im tired, my fingers are freezing which makes it very hard to type, and ive never ever heard of the unlock command even having the capability to break something)
Edit: Just checked by teleporting in. Nope. You dont have to own, or furnish the house, you just have to enter it, so my original post still stands
The total amount of coinage that most players will achieve - with the included 20,000 coins, will range anywhere from around 29,000 - 34,000. This is including the side contracts that Nazir offers, and other missions, such as Mourning Never Comes, that are required to complete the questline for the Dark Brotherhood.
Thieves' Guild radiant quests are still better for earning quick cash, and you have less of a risk of needlessly murdering NPCs than you would if you were murdering radiant NPCs for Dark Brotherhood radiant quests.
coc solitudeproudspiremanor
will get you in there without unlocking anything. You can just exit out the door iirc
