NPCS In Whiterun Are Gone!!!
Hello everybody! I've encountered a problem in Whiterun. Every single NPC in the city is gone! All of them just vanished. They were there about 2 hours ago, but now everyone is just gone. The NPCS in buildings, such as Belethor, the alchemy shop owner, and the inn keeper are there, but all the outdoor NPCS are gone. I haven't installed any new mods in over a month, and everything has been working fine until now. Any help would be great!

Wrecked by dragons/vampires most likely. Heck when I moved my wife to whiterun, the female blacksmith suddenly died soon after.

I don't think that's the case. Vampires can't spawn anymore because I started Dawnguard, and I don't believe dragons can attack a city. Not to mention I have "When Vampires Attack" and "Run For Your Lives". Also, wouldn't some corpses be around?

If you have RUN FOR YOUR LIFE I've heard that can make all the town folk hide and then get stuck in a single building. I'm wondering if thats what happen to you

OMG, thank you so much! Removing "Run for your lives" and "When vampires attack" fixed everything!

Run for Your Lives and When Vampires Attack should be low on your load order list, which makes me wonder how many mods you have, and whther you are using LOOT to sort the mods.

Well had that problem in riften the few people who were there cowered away. solution uninstall the mod and fast travel to another hold and back solved.

I 've only had that problem once, when vampires attacked and the courier was in the middle of it. I think he must be essential, so did not die, but remained cowering there afterwards. So in disgust I pounded him with my sword, then he just got up and walked away!
