Where to Find Best Mage Gloves in Skyrim?

I'm playing a pure mage and I'm focusing my perk points into the schools of magic. I don't want to make this game a crazy skill grind, so I'm NOT investing in Enchanting, but only spells. Which means I'm trying to find the best set of enchanted /non-armour/ gloves in the game, not gloves which you craft and enchant. Google and forum searches have been fruitless, since every thread only recieves advice to enchant. I simply need someone to name a pair, tell me what benefits they give, and where I can obtain them in the game world. Thanks.

There are very few items in Skyrim which can be predictably found in a specific place - the main ones are the Daedric artefacts, a few other quest rewards/faction-related items (Arch-Mage's Robes, Dark Brotherhood Armour, etc) and the axe with the firey soul trap enchantment. I'm not aware of any enchanted non-armoured gloves in the game, either ones that you can predictably obtain in a specific location/from a particular quest, or actually even randomised loot - I think you pretty much only find the various 'strengths' of college robes, the Arch-Mage's Robes, the Dark Brotherhood shrouded cloth items, the robes worn by various enemy mages and, well, that's about it for pre-enchanted non-armoured gear. Sorry!

There's barely even any non-enchanted non-armoured gloves in the game, I can think of the Thalmor gloves, the gloves you can get in the College, and the Mythic Dawn gloves, and that's about it. Most mages in the game don't wear gloves, just boots and robes, plus maaaaaaybe a hood (not very common). Presumably it interferes with the flow/might catch light/etc?

I use the plain gloves (e.g. Thalmor) and stick some Mana pool in them.

I don't know of any enchanted unarmored gloves, but I sometimes find unarmored gloves in wardrobes. A number of the mods I use affect container lists, though, so I can't say for certain that applies for you. Wardrobes are the logical place for them, though. Wardrobes hold clothing, gloves are a type of clothing.
