Dawnguard Light Armour Mod
Hello there, I was curious if anybody knew of a mod that adds Dawnguard Light Armour that looks like the Heavy Armour. If you can, please leave a link to the mod in your reply.

There is no mod like that, because there is both light and heavy dawnguard armor in game...
Oh well, maybe I can figure out how to do it. I like the look of the Dawnguard Heavy and can't stand the light.

They look pretty much the same except for the helmet from memory... Is the helmets visuals your problem?

If you want to change light to heavy, just download the creation kit and change them from there, it's not that difficult

No, my problem with the light armor's look is that it looks to wimpy, where as other light armors in the game look amazingly overpowered. (I.E. Dragonscale)

I'm currently trying to do most of the game with only DG Light Armor (yeah, the helm looks bad) but if you're overpowered then how are you going to take a knock and level up Restoration and Light Armor?

I only meant that they look overpowered, I intend to keep them with reasonable stats, just look cooler.

Oh right, well, as posted above. Just open the CK and change the heavy armor to light. Every instance of heavy armor in the game, however, will now be light and will impact certain NPC's.
But who cares, really :-)

Edit: got it completely ars about face lol :-)

Just finished making the mod, going to test it out. If it works, it's going straight to the nexus.

If you intend to upload it, a better way would be to not only to change it from Heavy to light armor but to create a seperate set and either scatter it about or put it in a chest inside Fort Dawnguard. Just click yes when it asks "create new item" to prevent altering every piece.
People are fickle about dirty edits - I thought it was just for you :-)
I suppose that makes sense, although since it is technically a work in progress, I am making it craftable for convenience sakes.
