Icbine + ENB
Hey,
I hope this is the right place to post this, I'm sorry if it isnt.
So my Problem is that i am trying to use ICBINE 3 together with some Parallax textures (project parallax, vivid landscapes and 4k parallax Skyrim etc.)
I know that i need an ENB for parallax to work so i tried installing enb together with ICBINE which worked fine, I can switch between ICBINE and ENB simply by toggling the enb or toggling the use effects when pressing shift+enter.
I did this by changing those lines in my enblocal.ini but am not sure if its the right way to do so:
[PROXY]
EnableProxyLibrary=true
InitProxyFunctions=true
ProxyLibrary=d3d9_icbine.dll
I also called the icbine d3d9.dll d3d9_icbine.dll.
My problem is that whenever is switch the enb on or toggle the useeffects to true my parallax textures work fine, but whenever i have it switched off ICBINE works but the parallax textures don't.
So I would like to know how i can use parallax alongside ICBINE 3.
If you know how please answer this post,
Thank you in advance!

PS: I also have FixParallaxBugs=true set in my enblocal.ini.
FixParallaxTerrain=true

Some clarification, ICBINE will never actually turn off. This is because it is a sweetfx shader suite enhancer which is a permanent effect to your game as it does it in post processing.
Unless the ENB menu is somehow disabling it, which I doubt because I know some ENBs that are designed to work together with SweetFX so I know they are compatable.

That may be true though i think that the changes of my current ENB might somehow overwrite ICBINE since it changes the same things ICBINE changes and some more.
Thanks for the information though.

When you enable your ENB, it will just be adding its own settings over the top of ICBINE.
If you want only the ICBINE appearance you need to make sure you have everything else from your ENB turned off other then parallaxing.
I have a lot of experiance with SweetFX (ICBINE 2 specifically) but not much with ENB settings so that one is up to you :)

Posting this just in case someone gets on this discussion again.
After hours of googling i found this (which was actually rather easy to find) : http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/40512/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D40512%26preview%3D&pUp=1 its the project parallax nexus page, there you can download an enb with nothing but the parallax fix. Sadly its only .221 version and i get a weird Bug where the floor directly beneath my character gets really weird. I'll post a screenshot as soon as i can play the game again without crashing. Beware that I still loose 5-10 fps with this enb activated.
It also changes the Sky a bit and works with Imaginator.
Also the sky is kind of getting brighter, dont know why yet :O

Edit: I don't know how to post a screenshot: LOL

To get parallax only with the latest default ENB:

EnbLocal.ini
UsePatchSpeedhackWithoutGraphics=false
UseDefferedRendering=false
FixParallaxBugs=true
FixParallaxTerrain=true

EnbSeries.ini
[EFFECT]
All false except for
EnableWater=true

[WATER]
EnableParallax=true
EnableDisplacement=true

This will also enable parallax water from Realistic Water Two.

There isn't much point to a parallax only ENB because as soon as you set UsePatchSpeedhackWithoutGraphics=false you will lose around 10-20 FPS even with all effects off. So you might as well turn on some effects because they won't cost much more and will make your game look better.

I turn on all the effects that work with UseDeferredRendering=false.
