Companion banter mod ?
Is there a mod that adds some interactions (chatting) with companions ?
I felt like there's very effort put into it, it just has the basic dialogue.
Perhaps it's because I'm used to alistair and morrigan bark every once in a while ^^ (Dragon age)

Funnily enough I was just checking this out

Follower Commentary Overhaul - FCO by terzaerian
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52019/?

It basically adds extra dialogue and makes followers more chatty.

I dont think the vanilla companions have lines to talk to each other, but I'm pretty sure that Inigo and Vilja talk to each other if you download and have both of them.

Been using this and its great if you want your followers to speak more. There is a slider in the MCM menu where you can alter how often they speak.

Male Even Toned gets weird though;

"Fine but you're wrong anyway!"

Right now I'm looking for a follower that is competent (AI wise) and talkative.

For now I'm looking at:
-Sofia http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/54527
-Inigo http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/40960
-Arissa http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/53754

If you want companions that talk to each other, get Vilja and Inigo - they interact with one another *and* Vilja chats with a lot of the vanilla followers (as well as some other vanilla NPCs, such as Camilla Valerius, who was the first character I used her with's wife). I think Sofia talks about some of the vanilla NPCs but not sure if she has interactions with them. Vilja is very well made, IMO. She does have quite a lot to do, though, and she's a bit prone to reminding you about that, which may be a bother - I think you can tell her to shush, but I'm not sure if that includes/can be limited to 'hey, don't forget I have a quest thingy' type comments without also limiting her general chatter.

Inigo is also very well made, but he does tend to be a bit... erratic in terms of not always listening when you've asked him to wait until you attack when you're sneaking, say. I am never entirely sure if this is a bug in his AI, though, or an indication of his character, as he has a history of skooma abuse (no longer touches the stuff, but I'm sure it's addled his brain a bit, poor thing.) Still, you may or may not find that a problem.

Arissa is good, too, I haven't played with her a huge amount but I like what I've seen so far. She's probably the least chatty of these four followers, I'd say, but that doesn't mean she's *not* chatty...
As said before, you can use Follower Commentary Overhaul. It uses voice lines of other people in the game that have the same voice actor and make follower say it sometimes. The bad thing about it is that I heard Lydia say 6 times in 15 minutes that ''Men are all alike from Skyrim to Hammerfell. They care only about war and politics, and treat their women like cow''

You can use new followers such as Inigo and those from Interesting NPCs. They have expanded personality and history, and there are lots of talk options

FCO is good, but it doesn't add more interactions, just makes them say more lines.

Interesting NPCs does add some pretty cool followers, they usually have a little bit more in the way of dialogue, plus the 'super followers' are all involved in one or more quests, I think, as are a few of the non-super ones.

I think FCO is great, but I can see why Bethesda decided to not include the dialogue. Yesterday, i was sneaking through a cave getting ready to attack a group of bandits and Lydia, who was behind me, started singing a song...

"dum de dum deee dum de dummm, tra la la la laaaa"

Sometimes it doesn't quite fit...

Inigo is now being coded by the great cdcooley now, the same guy who coded Vilja, things can only get better as they say.

Ooooh, I knew there was a new coder in town but I hadn't quite joined the dots, this is awesome news! (Not that the coding was bad, before, as far as I know, but cdcooley is ace!)

I haven't played much with Inigo 2.0 yet, but my kid just completed the little quest, can't wait for 3.0 (which is a pity as it'll be aaaaaaaaaaaaaaages yet...)
