Skyrim's "Data" folder is where all its game data is loaded. Models, textures, sounds, scripts, everything.
Mystic Knight - Data/Meshes
Zweihander - meshes
The "meshes" folder from both archives need to be put in Skyrim's "Data" folder, and let Windows merge the folders. Don't take anything out of the "meshes" folders themselves.
By the way, are you using a mod manager?
Strange. I just recently downloaded this file to Mod Organizer, to asnwer a question for another player. Installer started immediately, up on activation. Thus it sounds like your copy was damaged during download, or NMM is messing up something, when you are opening the pack with it.
Did I deserve that?
For the record, I just downloaded the file to MO again, jus to make sure that nothing has changed. Installer opened immediately again.
Sounds to me that something is off in your end. Maybe your NMM or .NET framework is out of date.
