Spouse (Orla) won't stay home.
I am at my wits end trying to fix this. I married Orla from the temple of Dibella in Markarth. She absolutely refuses to stay in any place but the temple. I have tried moving her to multiple places, several marriage mods to help relocate her, and using the console commands to change her faction status. I have uininstalled all mods and restarting from an earlier save. No matter what I do she always returns to the temple of Dibella and will not leave. I have no idea how to fix this and the problem is way beyond my skill level to fix any help is greatly appreciated.

It is not a problem with your mods.

She is assigned to live in the temple and she goes there all the time. Problem is that there are not beds there in vanilla game, so sleeping next to your spouse with bonuses is impossible.

However, adopting a child and moving both to same house may change her behaviour. See it like this: she is a priestess of Dibella and remains as devoted servant. Child will give her another responsibility to get carried, so she will move to home with you.

Oh, that's interesting, I married Anwen (another Dibellan priestess) in one of my games and she moved to Proudspire Manor perfectly fine. Mind you, the fancy house might hve helped ;)

When they marry the marriage quest packages should override their default AI packages i.e. they're higher in the stack.

You're sure you've told to move to your current home? There should be a dialogue option to ask her to move to your home. If you didn't get a chance to ask before she left Mara's temple she will return to base i.e. dibella's temple.

Really dumb question now: you do have a vanilla home to move into, yes? If your only house is a mod home theres no option in vanilla to move them in there.

This is not the case with Orla.
The bug has not been fixed in any official or unofficial patch.

Hmm, probably the Heart of Dibella quest overriding the marriage quest packages then. I can confirm the adoption fix works however probably because the adoption quests takes over handling spouses

Try putting a statue of Dibella in your house, They can't be hard to find cause I have a few. so that may make her feel at home??? just a thought. I've never needed to try

Ok, looks like the latest Unofficial Skyrim Patch fixes it, at least it does for me.

Pretty simple fix afaik.
