I do not recommend using console commands camera. Try this mod instead. Works from MCM that comes with SkyUI.

I had a bit bad day yesterday and I think that one of my replies to your post could have been formed better. You apparently removed that post, before I had time to apologize.
I have spend a lot of time to tweak my posts to more understandable form, but I should not bolt out when peoples can't follow them. I should rather be interested why they can't follow them.
I wanted to say I am sorry. It really was not best behaviour from my part.

The default is 1. If no target NPC is specified, it is applied to your PC.
I think default is 60 but that seems way close after years at 100. going over 100 starts to bend the world around you so 120 would highest still playable
