Rockjoint That Won't Leave
I've prayed at shrines and drank potions. This infernal disease won't leave. Any ideas???

Edit: It finally randomly left haha

Is you are using Realistic Need & Diseases I believe that after you take a cure or visit a shrine it takes a little while for the illness to disapated.

I use iNeed so maybe it's a similar thing? But mean it was around for multiple in game days...unless I got it twice and in that case I feel derpish haha.

What you have is the add-on for iNeed. it's called Dagerous Diseases and it totally alters disease progression and curing. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=376124937&searchtext=iNeed+-+Dangerous+Diseases

Yeah, with iNeed it takes longer for diseases to go away after you get a cure, if you have the Dangerous Diseases option selected in the MCM (looks like Workshop has it as a separate plugin, but the Nexus version it's part of the main mod, but toggle-able.)

Oh, is it toggled by default cause I read the mod page and didn't see anything about that being default. Or maybe I missed it :/

It shouldn't be, no, but it's possibly either bugged out slightly or you might have toggled it on by mistake when setting up other things. If it's not toggled on, I'd suggest toggling it on, exiting the menu, saving and quitting the game, restarting it and toggling it back off, saving, quitting and restarting, hopefully that'll fix it. Although I guess you'll have to catch a disease to test if it's working...

I THINK by default in the core mod without dangerous diseases enabled (dont quote me on this, been a while since I had a disease to test this with) you need to pray at a shrine and then sleep in order for the disease to go away. With dangerous diseases enabled, it slowly regresses instead of being cured completely after just one sleep

Ah! It might be worth checking the Guide in the MCM, it's fairly helpful (though doesn't cover everything).

I know thats the way it use to work, but its undergone a few extra updates since then, and also I always use dangerous diseases so Im not 100% on how it works without that

I think you're right actually Nazenn. I was in Falskaar and couldn't get to a shrine and finally went to the priory and the disease was gone after I camped for the night.
