DAWNGUARD BUG PLEASE HELP
So I am doing the dawnguard quest called Chasing Echoes, and I need to find 3 ingrediants to open a portal to the Soul Cairns (to find Serana's mom).

I picked up the Soul Gem Shards and Finely Ground Bone Meal, but it won't let me pick up the Purified Void Salts!!!!

PLEASE HELP ME

Does that mean that the object is physically in the game and you can see it but it won't let you pick it up? That's odd. Try approaching it from different angles, or get other objects out the way if they are blocking.

If nothing else you could use the console to add any object directly to your inventory.

Just open the console in game (press ~)

Then type "help purified" then press enter. This will bring up the unique ID number for the Purified void salt object.

then type "player.additem XXXXXXXX 1" This will add the object directly to your inventory. Of course, replace XXXXXXXX with the unique ID you got from the first step.

Also, no quotes are needed when you type in the console.

Then press ~ again to close console.

Try using mousewheel to roll your char into first person then try to pick it up , and maybe zone out the door and back in. One or the other should help.
