Need help with lighting (Really dark interiors) [Solved]
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=394284056

For some reason my interiors look this dark. I've tweaked with all kinds of settings, but nothing helps.

List of mods I*m using:
-Static Mesh Improvement Mod
-Pure Waters + Pure Waters Waterfalls
-SkyUI
-Skyrim HD 2K Textures Mod (With 4K textures)
-Ultimate HD Fire Effects (Ultra Version)
-Enhanced Lights and FX + SMIM Meshes
-RealVision ENB

This problem was there already before I installed the SMIM Meshes and removing ENB makes it look brighter, but not by much. Removing Enhanced Lights doesn't help either.

Exterior brightness is just perfect. Exactly the way I want it to be.

This is, how the exterior looks like.

Well, there is a mod that lightens up interior lighting. I haven't used it myself, but it's worth a shot.
Why your computer's brightness would have such a difference like that I have know idea. You already poked around at all you brightness settings right?
Lyneaor Feb 17, 2015 @ 9:26am
Yep, I tried every single one I could find on various different settings :(

The one thing, which made it slightly brighter was, when I enabled "OriginalObjectProcessing", but while it made interior walls a little bit brighter, it also made light sources darker, which is strange :p

My next thought would be to remove each mod, one by one and see if the interior lighting returns to normal. See if that works. :)

That's another thing I've already tried. I think it's related to ENB, but there should be settings to set ENB brighter somehow, no?
Settings, which would actually work for me unlike the ones I've found :(

Well, "AmbientLightingIntensityInterior" and "Curve" did make a difference in a way. They made the entire interiors look like bluish-white/black spotted things :p Basically they removed any color for whatever reason.

hmmm....there are no other problems with your lighting correct? Everything else with your computer is normal?
what video card do you have?
Lyneaor Feb 17, 2015 @ 10:37am
I have a GTX 780 Ti
Every other game works fine and so does Skyrim. The only problem is the lighting inside any house :/

As you saw from the exterior image, the outside world looks great :p

Increase AmbientLightingIntensityInteriorDay and AmbientLightingIntensityInteriorNight in enbseries.ini.

If that doesn't seem to help, re-install ELFX without ELFX Enhancer.

I would try Ultra Realistic Lighting. It helped brighten darker interiors for me when I refused to give up my other lighting mods

Trehek, thank You, but I've already tried both of these ways with no success :(

I'll try that, Shrapnel. Thank You!

Any luck?

Applied those mods as well. It did change the interiors, but floors are still strange, although I can live with that as long as I can actually see, where everything is :p

That is actually about normal for those combinations of mods.

Did you get ELFX without being aware it makes the interiors super dark? It's the reason I chose RLO over ELFX.

Happy modding.

I took mods, which I knew very well, will make everything darker, but the problem is, that it became so dark, that you couldn't see anything at all :p Looking at screenshots and reading descriptions did not make it out to be darker than night. It looked beautiful there instead.

Why would I ever download mods, which I don't first look at?

Also, it's normal, yep, but the floor! Why is the floor completely black :( In-game it seems as if I'm walking nothing :p
