I ask because none of those affects enchantments and you shouldnt have a problem with them.
No, I didn't think I would need to with the ones I installed being pretty complimentary, I'm assuming I should have then, pretty new at this (installing mods, not Skyrim)
Error loading the following mods: c:\Games\Nexus Mod Manager\Skyrim\Mods\WATER 2-08-13268-2-08.7z
And existing save file, made a backup before the Immersive armour mod, I suppose I could check my backup to see if that is the issue.
And I know none affect enchantments, that's what confused me.
Edit for typos, I type like a special needs donkey.
It doesnt matter how small, or popular, or old a mod is, you need to have it set in your load order properly.
That seems like a NMM specific error rather then anything to do with the mod. I have no NMM experiance though so I cant really help unfortunetly.
Try a new save and see if it still happens. Installing mods mid save is generally a bad idea. While most mods can be installed reasonably safely into an existing save, it tends to make bugs already in your save come to the surface, or make them worse. Uninstalling mods from an existing safe is a definite do not though.
I checked the load order manually, wasn't aware of needing LOOT, I knew of it but always thought it was for pretty dodgy mods rather than well endorsed ones haha >.<'
When u say a new save do you mean a new game from Helgen cos it'll be a fair few hours before I am enchanting my items and can give a response about that lol.
First step is running LOOT I guess, thanks XD.
While it does have functions to notify you about known corrupt mod files, its primary purpose is to set your load order in a way that makes the mods load up properly. Load order is vitally importaint for mods because its how the game reads their data. It helps avoid conflicts and make sure that youre data is loading properly so the mods are actually functioning.
And yes, I mean new from new at the menu. You can always download an alternate start mod and use that to bypass the helgen stuff :)
Glad that it fixed it. Let me know if you run into any more mod problems
