There's a dragon flying around the Throat summit after the main quest is over...how do I kill it?

Paarthurnax is perched atop the word wall, as usual, but theres another dragon doing circles above the summit of the throat of the world. I cant target it with my bow since it is too fast. Ideas?

if you've beaten the game, try using dragonrend on him. But as SpeedFreak said, you might want to be careful in case its a peaceful dragon.

Fly towards it and kill it.
get close to solidt ground.

Yes it's Odahviing. He is supposed to fly down and talk to you once the event ends and the other dragons leave, but sometimes the script gets bugged. Similarly, sometimes Alduin fails to land in an earlier event at the Summit. Reloading before the event usually helps.

I dont think its Odahviig , he is sitting there with Paarthurnax, I have third dragon flying there as well
