Karthspire Blood Seal Puzzle
Well the first 10 pages of search matches didn't address this so:
I'm in the room with Esbern and Delphine. Nothing happens. I've tried running around, steathing, blowing myself up...nothing happens the quest marker just sits in the center of the seal.

Okay figured it out...stupid bugged interface wasn't coming up with an interaction option. Had to move the character curosor off a bit before it came up.
