Conjuration keeps rising bug

I've got this strange bug I can't find out anything about. I have several mods installed including apocalypse magic but when I use certain conjuration spells, mainly necromancy, my conjuration keeps rising from that point whether my minions are dead or not. I thought conjuration only levels through "using" the spell and your minions dealing/recieving damage. Worth noting that that these summoning spells are not on a timer but permanent and I'm getting the feeling they're stacking up cause I'm gaining conjuration skill levels by every 5 minutes now.

NOT FUN, this is screwing up my game something fierce. Anyone know if I can fix this in console commands or rewriting ini files to fix?

In case anyone else happens here from Google with similar mods and similar problems - for me the problem was my thralls from "Mark of Decay" type spells in the Perkus Maximus mage mod. Fixed by opening console and executing "player.dispelallspells". As usual with console, exercise caution depending on your mods.

EDIT: Out of the frying pan and into the fire - conjuration isn't increasing constantly anymore but it jumps a skill level seemingly every time I cast a conjuration spell in combat.

I'm also using elys, apocalypse, and perkus Maximus, and got this bug after using mark of decay. Conjuration levels up every 5-10 mins. I tried looking in the .ess save file but no luck. Will probably just bite the bullet and return to a save before I used mark of decay.

It's a shame this bug kills this spell, bc it's a cool spell and it worked fine in skyre. Also makes me wonder what else might be game breaking in perkus.

Got this while using the "healing hands" spell. Using it somehow causes conjuration to level. Also have the apoc spells mod installed
