The way that skyrim organises its records means that editing editing the same stats of a race will conflict. This means anything giving orcs new powers, new stats, changing their weapon reach, changing their skin colors etc etc will override each other, meaning the last on in your load order will stop any of the others from working (Racemenu is the exception to the skincolor thing as it doesnt actually edit any racial records)
Amazing Racial Tweak is a great idea for a mod but it has several errors in its construction. I suggest you swap.
imperious adjusts stat regeneration and adds independant racials
amazing race tweak add additional skill points based on race and add new racials / passives.
They cannot be used together. Which ever one is last in your load order will stop the other one from working.
