[Help] Texture problems with 4k Parallax

[Whales]

Just downloaded 4k Parallax textures (using all the 4k mega link packs)(http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49661/? ), and there is something wrong with the textures.
Not only do some things just look bad ( http://steamcommunity.com/id/PrinceOfWhales/screenshots/ ), there are also some textures that flicker, warp and change as I get closer or farther away from them.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Not familiar, but the 'about' page says you need "Smim" [sic], which I assume is http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/8655/? ,or else textures won't work right. Do you have that?

Yes I do.
So you know which files I need to overwrite and not overwrite in regards to the 4k and SMIM?

I don't, but also from the about page I noted: "Mods that use their own meshes with changed attributes, for example some lightning mods like ELFX should not be compatible with my meshes, as they use the same. Install those after my stuff, some things might still work."... I don't even know what that is supposed to mean, but I'm guessing it's something about being incompatible with any lighting mods and/or texture mods... I think... I'm guessing English isn't the author's first language, kind of difficult for me personally to interpret.

Perhaps someone familiar with using the mod wants to chime in?
