Ebony Warrior doesn´t show up

Hi.

As to read in the topic, the ebony warrior guy won´t show up.
My character is Lvl81 (which is a major pain in the ass to get to!).
I walked all the locations up and down where he should walk towards you, waited for days, tried console commands....nothing.

Any ideas what to do?
The ebony warrior is quite the last thing i haven´t seen in vanilla Skyrim (700 hrs gaming time), and none of my other characters is near Lvl80.
Before i console hack one of them to Lvl80, i rather would try with my lvl81 char.

Fight him the first time you meet him. You don't have to go to the vigil. Or you can always use the console to spawn him at your location. Use PridID and movetoplayer. Don't use the placeatme, or you'll bug the game by copying another EW
