Warzone, Civil War Overhaul, Immersive Patrols
Been looking at these most of the afternoon. Can anyone suggest which is best? Can I use all 3 or a good combination of them. Any help would be great. Thanx

That would make it more challenging for sure! I am trying to mod a new game and of course didn't want to have to remove anything just in case. I guess I can start CWO first and add later. /shrug
Thanks Trigger

Ok, well this would be perfect. I have been modifying off and on for a week trying to get it right before I start!

Best way to do Civil War Overhaul and the main questline too, is to do the main questline until the " Peace Treaty " is over, then start the WAR

Awesome! You know the game very well! Would it be a bad idea to start Warzones 2015 and Immersive Patrols at the same time?

have you read the mod pages for compatiblity with all 3 mods, i would question the two war mods-do they play well together. i've no idea about those mods

Being playing Skyrim for some 5,060 hours or so, i've more or less moved onto " Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited " = MMO

Played that for quite a while. I am going to wait until the 17th to jump on B2P sub. thank you for all your help. You have been very helpful. PS, that is a lot of Skyrim hours my friend!

Sorry if youre done with this thread, but I thought I'd just jump in and toss in a couple of thoughts

Warzones - previously unstable, but Ive been hearing good things about the newest version. If it is now stable, it would be a great mod but can be INCREDIBLY computer intensive, so much so I'm not even going to try it because I know my rig couldn't handle it with the other stuff I like to run.

Civil War Overhaul - Revamps the civil war so that you can actually lose it, there are now battles in the other holds, the armies are more diverse (tame giants, wolves, mages etc) which can make it very hard, oh, and dragons like to come and crash the party XD Incredibly challenging and a little intensive but really not too bad.

Immersive Patrols - Great mod, I run it as apart of my core set up. Just adds in patrols around the road that will attack you or others if they run into something or someone they don't like. Also adds in some battle along the road or in the wilderness between the two sides of the civil war that you can participate in or not if you want.

You can technically use all three together, and I personally run Immersive patrols and CWO in my current set up along with a lot of other mods fine.

Immersive Patrols works with CWO. It even has compatibility, so as your position in CWO will be clear for NPCs spawned by Immersive Patrols.

Keep you head down, once you have picked the side., or prepare for battle on the road. Spawned NPCs are not always easy to notice, before they are already on to you. My legioner just avoided a sabre cat, just to end up face to face with a Stormcloak patrol.

using immersive patrols myself, i just like the randomness of it.
CWO and Immersive patrols work well together in my experience. Warzones on the other hand does not play well with others.

Thanx Guys! I'm going to just do as you all suggested and go with CWO and Immersive Patrols. Warzones looks very good, but I heard it's hard to uninstall if I don't want it. /Salute!

Well uninstalling any mod from the middle of a save is generally a bad idea. :)

Its also worth noting that CWO MUST be started on a new game, and CANNOT be removed from a game in progress without corrupting the save file permanently.
